Penderyn Legend is a signature single malt Welsh whisky from the Penderyn Distillery, bottled at 40%–41% ABV. 

It lends itself to this beautiful water ganache, giving a clean whisky flavour. 

Dark chocolate ingredients: Min 54% cocoa solids. Cocoa mass, sugar; Cocoa butter; emulsifier: Soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring. Water, Sugar, Spirits (Sulphites), Glucose, Butter (Milk).

Colour Gold: Colours: E171, E172 40%. E126. AZO Red cocoa butter: Colours: *E102, *E129.
