How lovely to see the humble gooseberry elevated to this level."

Ingredients:

Cream (milk), glucose, invert sugar, sorbitol, butter (milk), vanilla. 

Gooseberry puree, sugar, pectin, citric acid.

White chocolate ingredients: Min 28% Cocoa solids. Min Milk solids 23%. Milk fat 6.3%. Sugar 46.5%; cocoa butter 29.5%; whole Milk powder 23.5%; emulsifier: Soya lecithin <1%; natural vanilla flavouring <1%.
