Dark Chocolate Rose Fondant Cream.


Dark chocolate ingredients: Min 58%   cocoa solids. Cocoa mass 43%; sugar 43%; cocoa butter 13%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%; natural vanilla   flavouring <1%. May contain Milk. 

Fondant ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water. Emulsifier – Polysorbate 80. Cream (Milk).

Rose extract (17%), Geranium extract, Rhodinol, Geraniol, and Palmarosa extract.

Crystalised rose petals: Sugar 96%- natural flower 2%-Coating agent : Gum arabic 2%-Food coloring: E120-Aroma.
