
Rose Fondant. (Dairy free)
Dark chocolate ingredients: Min 58% cocoa solids. Cocoa mass 43%; sugar 43%; cocoa butter 13%; emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%; natural vanilla flavouring <1%. May contain Milk.
Fondant ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water. Emulsifier – Polysorbate 80.
Elmlea Plant: Lentil Protein Preparation (Water, 1.1% Lentil Protein), 31% Vegetable Oils (Coconut, Rapeseed), Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, Sugar Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilizers (Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum), Natural Flavours, Salt, Colourant (Beta-Carotene).
Rose Spice Drops. Emulsifier – Polysorbate 80, Rose Extract (17%), Geranium Extract, Rhodinol, Geraniol and Palmarosa Extract.
Rose fragments, glazed finish: Sugar 96%- natural flower 2%- coating agent : Gum arabic 2%-beeswax, carnaubawax, shellac-Food coloring: E120- Aroma.
